POWRSUIT TERMS OF USE

These are the terms (“Terms) of use for our online Powrsuit Membership Network (“Membership Network”). If you need to contact us about these Terms, you can contact us at [email protected].
The Powrsuit Membership Network includes our private online community, online events, and content on a learning platform.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the Powrsuit Membership Network in accordance with these Terms and New Zealand law.
About the Powrsuit Membership Network
Although we try to ensure the Membership Network is available on a 24/7 basis, on occasion, the online community, video conferencing or learning platform may be unavailable for reasons outside our control. We will use reasonable efforts to publish advance details of any unavailability on our social channels.
We use third-party services and applications to deliver different aspects of the Membership Network (for example, Circle for our online community) (“Other Applications”). You may need to download or sign up with Other Applications (and agree to terms with the application providers) to receive the full benefit of the Membership Network. We do not control and are not responsible or liable for Other Applications. If the provider of any Other Application stops providing it on reasonable terms or at all, we may stop making it available. In that case, you are not entitled to any refund, discount or other compensation.
Various information, articles, advice, recommendations, messages, comments, posts, text, graphics, photographs, videos, data, and other materials or tools are available through the Membership Network. All content is intended and should be used for general information and learning purposes and not to substitute your own judgment.
Your Membership and Payment
To access the Membership Network, you need to sign up with Powrsuit. The fees (“Fees”) are those set out on www.powrsuit.com or as otherwise agreed. Once you have paid the Fees, you will be assigned a cohort. Your membership (“Membership Period”) will commence on the cohort start date “Cohort Start Date” detailed in your onboarding communications and, unless otherwise specified, is the first business day of the following month from payment. The Membership Period is valid for 12 months from your Cohort Start Date. If on a monthly pricing trial, the Membership Period is valid for 1 month, each month, from your Cohort Start Date.
An independent service provider processes any card payments for the Membership Network. You consent to us disclosing relevant information about your payment to that provider on a confidential basis to allow the payment to be processed. If you want further information about the provider, please email us at [email protected].
When you sign up, we will ask for your information, including your name, email address and other details. We may ask for further information from you during or after registration.
You are responsible for keeping your password and login details secure for Other Applications.
Renewals
Your membership will automatically renew for successive renewal periods from the expiry date (the end of your initial Membership Period) unless you provide no less than one month prior notice of your intention to terminate your membership.
Cancellation And Termination
You are solely responsible for cancelling your membership. You may cancel your membership anytime by contacting us via email at [email protected]. If you cancel your membership before the end of your current prepaid Membership Period, your cancellation will take effect at the end of that Membership Period, and you will not be charged again. You will not be entitled to a refund for any fees that you have already paid.
You must cancel your membership before it renews each year to avoid billing for a subsequent Membership Period and annual fee.
We will make an attempt to contact you should your payment method fail. After 30 days of non-payment, your access to the Membership Network will be terminated.
Links and Third-Party Information
The Membership Network may contain links to external sites we do not control. We make no representations about the accuracy of information or the quality of products and services found on any sites and take no responsibility for material in them.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from you using any linked sites. You agree that you access and use any linked site at your own risk.
Privacy
You can view our privacy policy here regarding the information we collect from you.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback and ideas on how to improve the Membership Network. If you choose to submit your ideas, you agree that we are free to use them and that you will not have rights to any Intellectual Property Rights that may be generated as a result.
Powrsuit may change these Terms by posting the modified Terms. Powrsuit will make every effort to notify you of these changes via email. By continuing to access the Membership Network, you agree to the amended Terms.
