What you'll learn:
Your personal brand isn’t what you say about yourself – it’s what people say about you when you’re not in the room. Personal brand is the reputation you build through consistent actions and the problems you solve.
Here are three ways to build a strong personal brand:
💡 Be known for solving specific problems: Don’t try to be good at everything. Pick 2-3 areas where you consistently add value. When someone has a problem in that space, your name should come to mind. Repetition actually builds recognition.
💡 Show your work publicly: Share what you’re learning, not just what you’ve achieved. Write about challenges you’re solving, and share your unique perspective in meetings. Visibility isn’t vanity – it’s how people know what you’re capable of!
💡 Be consistent across contexts: Your brand is built through small interactions – how you respond under pressure, how you treat people, and whether you follow through. People notice and remember patterns.

"Just wanted to say thanks for this masterclass. I wasn’t able to make it at the time but have just watched it back and it works just as well in video form (and I could pause it to give myself more thinking time!) 🎉"
