Bite-sized learning that fits your life
Practical mini-masterclasses develop the capabilities that matter most in your career.
Hone skills, challenge limiting mindsets, and practice new ways to navigate career pressures. Every mini-masterclass is short, focused and expert-led. You’ll learn by doing with interactive activities, and practical tools and templates that turn insights into action.
With over 70 sessions available on-demand and live events every week, you can join live, upskill in your own time, or choose a combination of both.
Coaching, without the price tag
We love long lunches and casual catch-ups, but who always has the time (or energy) for them? Powrsuit has redesigned networking to work for busy women – enabling you to build critical career connections from the comfort of your couch.
Fortnightly Powrmatch gives you the benefits of coaching, without the price tag. Join live to connect in small groups to tackle top-of-mind challenges – get fresh perspectives, pragmatic support, and peace of mind from knowing you’re not alone.
We’ll share your matches, so after each 45-minute session, you can choose to continue the conversation in your own time, or leave it there and get matched with a new group at the next session.

Unfiltered interviews with relatable role models
You can be what you can’t see – but it’s a lot harder. Role models play a vital part in mapping out different paths to success, leadership styles and approaches to balancing work and life.
So, each month, we invite an accomplished global leader to share their story – the messy bits, pivotal decisions, and the lessons that only come from experience.
Hear why Marisa Fong’s ability to think big led to a $35 million exit, how networking secured Shelly Lombard a Fortune 500 board position, what led Rhiannon McKinnon to become a CEO while working part-time, and the experiences behind Shannon Huffman Polson’s book, The Grit Factor.
Get your questions answered live, or listen on demand whenever it fits your schedule.
Access a wealth of advice, support and reccomendations
Connect with other Powrsuiters and build your network.
Got a curly career challenge? Need a sounding board? Looking for tips? Powrsuiters have your back. Post your question in the platform (anonymously, if you like) to source a wide variety of perspectives and support.
Want to meet people in your area or industry? Join one of our regular member coffee catch-ups at a cafe near you.

Stay motivated with progress tracking
When you become a member, you’ll have the opportunity to complete a baseline self-assessment. Set goals and rate your skills, network and key relationships, then track your progress after 6 months.
Progress tracking is a great way to stay motivated and get a head start at performance review time – you’ll be emailed your reports to help you showcase how far you’ve come.

Frequently asked questions
What are the payment options?
We offer annual and monthly memberships, and packages for organisations. Pay by credit card here, or email us if you’d prefer to be invoiced.
Is Powrsuit cohort-based?
While everyone joins the same platform, new Powrsuiters join in fortnightly intakes. When you become a member, you’ll be invited to a welcome call to meet other new members, ask questions and learn how to maximise the impact of your investment in professional development.
You’ll be emailed a link to activate your membership on the same day as your welcome call. If you can’t make it, you’ll still be able to activate your membership – we’ll sort out an alternative way to give you an overview.
Can memberships be part of an organisational professional development programme?
Yes. Powrsuit is designed to complement in-house programmes or deliver value as a standalone investment. Explore organisation benefits and packages – or book a 15-minute discovery call to learn more.
Can I use Powrsuit for Continuing Professional Development (CPD)?
Yes, you can! The easiest way to ask for professional development budget is to adapt this template by adding that Powrsuit contributes to your CPD.
I don’t have any professional development budget left; what are my options?
Money shouldn’t be a barrier to investing in yourself. Our template email makes it easy to ask for professional development budget. If that’s not an option, get in touch – we’re happy to discuss what we can do to support.
Do you have in-person events?
Yes! At Powrsuit, we create the conditions for connection with regular online micro-networking… But we know in-person events are also really valuable. Members get special pricing to ticketed in-person events, as well as casual coffee meet-ups.
We also facilitate member-to-member introductions to help you informally connect with others in your area and industry (and when you travel!).
How do I track my progress?
We don’t focus on how much you participate; we care about what you achieve as a result. When you join, you’ll have the opportunity to complete a baseline self-assessment to rate critical career skills, set goals and commit to action. After 6 months, you’ll complete your next self-assessment to see how far you’ve come.
While we share anonymised themes with partner organisations, your individualised progress reporting is for you. It’s a great way to stay motivated and see the impact of regular, small actions.
Do you have a mobile app?
How do I cancel my membership?
Your membership starts on the first day of your intake and automatically renews on each anniversary of that date.
Monthly memberships:
You’ll be emailed a receipt after every monthly payment.
Annual memberships:
We’ll email you 5-6 weeks to let you know your membership is about to renew.
While we’ll be very sad (😢😢😢😢) to see you go, we also hate companies that make it hard to cancel. You can cancel your membership a month before it renews simply by emailing us. We’ll immediately stop your next payment and you’ll still have access to the platform and all live events until your renewal date.
